For the purposes of these General Conditions, the website www.inglesirlanda.org and www.adublin.com and information media (catalog, web pages) from «a Dublin» hereinafter both «A DUBLIN» are the informative documents to which those are incorporated, these supports include information on the types of programs, destinations, duration, characteristics of the accommodation and prices.

The prices published are valid at the time of printing the brochure.

  1. LEGAL REGULATION APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM CONTRACT OF A DUBLIN AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS.

These general conditions will be incorporated, accepted by the contracting parties, to all the A DUBLIN Program contracts whose purpose are the Programs contained in the brochure and web pages, and bind the parties, together with the particular conditions agreed upon. the contract, and those that could be established for each program.

This document will be interpreted and will be governed by Irish law. The parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit any resulting interpretation or controversy to the Courts and Tribunals in Dublin Ireland

  1. REGISTRATION, PRICE AND FORM OF PAYMENT.

Registration must be done in writing through the registration form provided by A DUBLIN. Once you have received your registration along with your valid passport and airline ticket, we will confirm your course within five (5) business days.

We will inform you as soon as possible if the chosen course does not have places or places available. It is recommended that registration be made at least 12-16 weeks before the start of the program.

Any application for registration in any of our Programs must be accompanied by a 10% reservation fee for promotions or 100 euros for countries that require a prior visa, which will not be returned under any circumstances once the place has been confirmed by A DUBLIN.

• The payment of this amount is considered as payment on account of the initial expenses of management and processing and must be made through the methods or channels of payment of A DUBLIN that will appear on the invoice.

• No application for enrollment in a program that is not accompanied by proof of having made the advance payment will be processed, depending on the nationality or promotion of the moment.

• The rest of the price of the contracted Program must be paid to A DUBLIN with the

4 weeks before the start of the program. The delivery of the documentation of the Program will take place between two and seven days once the total payment of the program is received.

• The inscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

• All costs for bank fees will be charged to the applicant. In international transfers, the cost is approximately 30 EUR.

The application for enrollment in any of the courses offered by A DUBLIN, either personally or through a third person (delegate, agency, relative, friend, etc.), does not imply the a priori acceptance of the registration. The inscriptions of place will be understood like pre-inscriptions waiting for definitive confirmation of matriculating.

For a student to be definitively

registered, it is necessary that three conditions are met:

• Have formalized the registration through the registration form along with your passport and air ticket.

• Have paid the amount of the booking.

• Have received in writing or email the acceptance of registration, by A DUBLIN

Where the square is confirmed.

NOTE: In the case of countries that require a visa application, the student must pay a fee for sending documents (courier) for visa purposes.

They will not be returned under any circumstances once the place has been confirmed by A DUBLIN. Consult with A DUBLIN about the options and methods of payment and before making the purchase of the plane ticket to establish the time lapses necessary for the application.

  1. REVISION OF PRICES.

The prices of the adult programs are presented in the official currency of Ireland, the euro, as the country of domicile of the educational companies.

  1. CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION.

Before your departure

For each change in the reservation and as long as your plan does not include changes and that is done before your departure, we will charge you 50 EUR. A change of school is considered an annulment, as specified in point 5.

After your departure

After your departure, any change that is made does not imply the reopening of

If you want to finish your course prematurely, modify the type of accommodation or

request any other kind of change. The student must abide by the terms and conditions of the school of their choice and their own reimbursement policies will apply. If the request is related to a complaint, refer to point 7 e.

  1. CANCELLATION, NO PRESENTATION AND / OR ABANDONMENT OF THE PROGRAM BY THE CONSUMER.

In the event that a consumer decides to cancel the contracted Program, he must notify it in writing through a signed letter by email to A DUBLIN, with a record of the cancellation date.

The consumer will be entitled to the return of the amounts that he would have paid

TO A DUBLIN. However, the consumer must pay and, where appropriate, A DUBLIN may withhold the amount corresponding to the damages that have been caused to A DUBLIN, among which are the expenses of all kinds that have incurred A DUBLIN to date. By way of example, but not limiting: payments to third parties involved in the program: schools, residences, families, airlines, insurance companies, telephone calls, among others. In order to inform the consumer of the number of withholding or collections that will be made for withdrawal, they will amount to:

• 15% of the program price if the cancellation occurs between 180 and 44 days before the program start date.

• 30% of the price of the program, if the cancellation occurs between 45 and 30 days prior to the date of the start of the program.

• 50% between 29 and 10 days before the start date of the program.

• 80% between 9 and 1 days before the start date of the program.

• 100% in case of no show at departure.

The reservation amount must be paid to A DUBLIN, in any case, will be subject to return.

The consumer will not be entitled to any refund when,

  1. ALTERATIONS AND INCIDENTS OF THE PROGRAM

DUBLIN undertakes to provide consumers with all the contracted services contained in the Program, with the stipulated conditions and characteristics. However, the following considerations should be taken into account:

In the event that, before the beginning of the Program, A DUBLIN is obliged to modify significantly, some essential element of the contract, including the price, must immediately inform the consumer. If the increase of the Program exceeds 15% of the confirmed price, you have the right to cancel your contract, free of charge, via email, within three days of our communication of such variation. DUBLIN will specify the modifications made and their impact on the price of the Program.

• 50% between 29 and 10 days before the start date of the program.
• 80% between 9 and 1 days before the start date of the program.

d. There will be no obligation on the part of A DUBLIN to indemnify the consumer when the cancellation of the Program is due to reasons of force major.

And. There will be no obligation on the part of A DUBLIN to compensate consumers in the event that the cancellation of the program occurs due to not reaching the minimum number of people required for the effective realization of it. In these cases, A DUBLIN will notify the consumer, in writing, at least fifteen days before the start date of the program, that it has not reached the minimum number of participants and that, therefore, the program has been cancelled. In this case of cancellation of the program because the minimum number of participants is not reached, the consumer will be entitled to the reimbursement of all the amounts he had paid for the program without any penalty.

F. Differences and / or claims that, in the opinion of consumers, arise during

The development of the contracted Program, including accommodation offered, must be made known to the Organization (Academic Institution) responsible for the program in the country of destination, in order to offer a satisfactory solution immediately. In the event that the solution proposed by the responsible Organization in the country of destination is not satisfactory to the consumer, the consumer will have a period of 30 consecutive days to file a written complaint with A DUBLIN.

This, after collecting the relevant documentation, would have, in turn, a period of 30 days to respond to the claim raised by the consumer. If the solution proposed by A DUBLIN is not satisfactory, the consumer may take the actions it deems appropriate.

  1. USES AND CUSTOMS OF THE COUNTRIES IN WHICH THE PROGRAMS ARE DEVELOPED, AND STANDARDS

OF OBLIGED COMPLIANCE DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAME.

The consumer must adapt to the way of life and customs of the country in which the contracted Program is developed. The rules of conduct in the countries of destination, the uses and customs, the meals, the schedules, the distances, and, in general, the lifestyle of the countries in which the various Programs are developed, are usually very different from the way they are used, life and customary customs of their country of origin. In this sense, the consumer must adapt to them. The host families granted to the participants do not give rise to changes before the start date of the

Program. The consumer undertakes to respect the laws of the destination country in which the Program is developed, as well as the Discipline Rules of the various Organizations, Colleges, Centers, Universities, Schools, etc., that collaborate with A DUBLIN in the realization of the Program. In particular, the consumer is committed to respecting the rules related to schedules, obligation to attend classes, rules of conduct and coexistence with teachers, peers, and families, prohibitions on the use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs, etc. The Organization of the country of destination will inform the consumer of the Discipline Rules applicable to the various Programs.

  1. POSSIBLE EXPULSIONS.

In case of non-compliance by the consumer of the laws of the destination country in which the Program is developed, lack of discipline, repeated bad behaviour, or non-compliance with the Rules of the various Organizations, Colleges, Camps, Centers, Universities, Schools, etc., alcohol consumption by minors, or drugs, the participant may be expelled from the program. In this case, the participant or his legal representatives must assume the expenses originated by his return to his domicile: expenses of cancellation, return trip, indemnifications for the damages and losses to third parties and those that the organization A DUBLIN was obliged to perform as a result of the actions of the student, regardless of any other responsibility of its concern.

  1. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

All consumers who contract the A DUBLIN Programs, including minors, must have the personal documentation in order (individual passport, identity card), in accordance with the regulations of the country where the contracted Program is developed. The obtaining of visas, when the legislation of the country in which the Program is developed so requires, will be borne by the consumer. All conditions imposed, required for your trip – obtaining visas, valid insurance, customs formalities, taxes are at your expense. A DUBLIN provides you with the information provided by the embassies, and we will assist you in the procedures for obtaining visas/visas, however, it is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure this information and apply directly. You are responsible for respecting all the rules related to your trip. All damages, in particular, the payment of the cancellation charges caused by not fully complying with these rules, will be at your expense.

  1. INSURANCE

It will be the responsibility of the consumer to contract a Sickness Insurance Policy (medical expenses, assistance and civil liability) for international students complying with the current legislation of the country of destination. The contractual provisions and rates are available by request.

11 MEDICAL, PHARMACOLOGICAL AND / OR SURGICAL TREATMENT

The participant must inform A DUBLIN if he is undergoing any medical and / or pharmacological treatment during his stay in the country of destination and during the entire duration of the program. It is understood that, at the beginning of the program, the participant enjoys perfect physical and mental health and that the medical information that accompanies the dossier of the program is true and complete. Otherwise, A DUBLIN disclaims any liability arising from the falsity of this information.

12 COURSE MATERIAL

Not all course material is systematically included in the price of the program. In this case, it is acquired directly at the school, according to the evolution of the linguistic level (depends on the duration of the stay) and the type of study program selected (specific courses, preparation for official exams), or depending on the particular learning needs (reinforcement courses, private lessons). As an indication, the price of the course material may vary between EUR 20 and EUR 100.

13 MODIFICATION OF THE COURSES

According to the number of participants, their linguistic level or season; Our partner schools are sometimes obliged to replace the group course initially reserved for courses in mini group or private courses with fewer lessons. These modifications do not imply any change in the price.

  1. USE OF THE IMAGE OF CONSUMERS

DUBLIN may use the photos and other materials that consumers provide to A DUBLIN, through their participation in the Programs they attend, as advertising material provided there is no prior express opposition on the part of the consumer. However, the authorization to which we refer will be revocable at any time by the consumer, but they will have to compensate, in its case, the damages caused to A DUBLIN.

  1. SPECIAL PROGRAMS

The Work Experience Programs and Business Practices are and are offered only as Training Programs in Practices whose sole objective is the learning of the language and its formation.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The validity of these general conditions is that of the current year’s Prospectus.

  1. AGENTS

A DUBLIN offers its catalog through Agents and Delegations, being of these the responsibility to inform correctly about the operation and development of the Programs, for which A DUBLIN is not responsible for any other explanation than the published one that may have been offered to your clients when they have been informed.

  1. AUTHORIZATION OF DATA ASSIGNMENT

In view of the fact that it is essential and necessary to communicate certain information regarding the participant, which the A DUBLIN companies or collaborating entities must know in the destination city, the participant and / or their parents or guardians expressly authorize that they can be transferred corresponding personal data

  1. CONSUMER MEDICAL AND / OR SURGICAL TREATMENT

In the event that a minor participant is in need of medical treatment, and/or being hospitalized, and/or undergone surgery without the company A DUBLIN having been able to locate their parents or legal representatives, company A DUBLIN will be sufficiently authorized to adopt the urgent and necessary measures that it deems most appropriate to safeguard the health of the participant, according to medical indication. The care expenses, their medications and transfers not covered by Social Security or by insurance

  1. TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION OF THE LIVES

In the event that the consumer requests the trip, A DUBLIN acts only as an intermediary between the consumer and the Travel Agency. It is the responsibility of the consumer to have direct contact with the recommended Travel Agency or their choice. The intermediary travel agency is solely responsible for booking the flight.

  1. CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Any conflict regarding the programs will be resolved by the competent jurisdictional bodies according to the applicable legislation.

23.Non Refundable Fees:

It is advisable to pay fees via Pay to Study account. For Non-EU students who are applying for a visa, it is a requirement to pay by this method to the college account as your funds are held independently pending a visa decision.

The following cases are all non-refundable; this list is extensive but not exhaustive.

Refund Stages
The refund request form will be given to the Ingles Irlanda Accounts Department, A decision will usually be made with 5 working days although it can take up to two weeks to reach a decision.

Q.1. What happens if I decide not to commence my course after my arrival in Ireland?
A.1. Once the student arrives in Ireland and has their passport stamped by the Garda National Immigration Bureau (IRP) at the port of entry they are deemed to be a student at Ingles Irlanda and no refund will be made. Equally, if a student has received their Visa from an Irish Embassy abroad, they are also deemed to be an Ingles Irlanda student and no refund will be made.

Should a prospective student be refused a student visa, Ingles Irlanda will inform to the college, in this case, the college charge a refund fee, depending on the college refund policies. Such refunds are subject to Ingles Irlanda receiving all original copies of Ingles Irlanda ’s enrolment plus the original letter of refusal from the appropriate Immigration authority prior to a student’s arrival date.

Q.2. What happens if my Visa is denied because of false or misleading information on my application form?
A.2. Should a Visa application be refused because of false or misleading information said the student will NOT be entitled to a refund. It is up to the student to make sure all information submitted is correct.

Q.3. My classes have already started – can I get a refund?
A.3. NO: Once classes have commenced no refunds are made for missed classes or early withdrawal from a course. (See next question).

Q.4. What happens if my course schedule changes?
A.4. This is not expected to occur, however, A DUBLIN and the college reserves the right to alter dates in order to facilitate or improve the provision of any course / associated examinations. Should such a change be deemed necessary it will not affect the student’s terms and conditions and therefore no refund will be made.

RAFAEL MILLANO T/A A DUBLIN operates in multiple jurisdictions, some of which are not located in the European Economic Area (EEA). For service providers outside the EEA, we require them to process your information in a secure manner and in accordance with the EU laws on data protection.

How long we keep it / retention period & criteria used.
